Clients agree to provide accurate, timely, and complete information necessary for us to deliver our services. Delays in providing required assets, approvals, or feedback may impact project timelines and deliverables.

4. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment for our services, the specific deliverables produced for you will be owned by you. However, Digital Edge 360 retains the right to use project materials and outcomes for our own portfolio and marketing purposes, unless otherwise agreed in writing. We also retain ownership of any proprietary methodologies, code libraries, or frameworks used or developed during the project.

5. Limitation of Liability

Digital Edge 360 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the services.

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Digital Edge 360 operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
